What it is

Soundwalk Collective | A Sensory Experience of the Memory of the Master Godard A one-day cinematic and immersive sensory experience inspired by the private world of film master Jean-Luc Godard will be presented. The event, 'What We Leave Behind / Jean-Luc Godard Archives,' will be screened on November 8, 2026, at 10F PBOX STND. This experience blends the private world of the master with modern sound art. About Soundwalk Collective Soundwalk Collective, composed of artist Stephan Crasneanscki and producer Simone Merli, is an artist collective that combines sound, video, and mixed media to create works that respond to specific places and contexts. They have built long-term creative collaborations with diverse creators such as artist and writer Patti Smith, the late film director Jean-Luc Godard, photographer Nan Goldin, choreographer Sasha Waltz, and actress and singer Charlotte Gainsbourg. Their artistic philosophy centers on exploring and interpreting the complexity of human experience and environment through sound. Their practice explores the potential of sound to weave stories across various forms of expression, including art installations, dance, music, and film. They created the original score for the film 'All the Beauty and the Bloodshed' directed by Laura Poitras, which won the Golden Lion at the 2022 Venice International Film Festival.
