Through encounters beyond artists and genres, it creates an opportunity to re-examine the daily landscape and familiar values from a new perspective. On the first day, artist duo 'MES,' who are about to have an individual exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, and are increasingly noticed both domestically and internationally, will curate VJ, DJ, and performers for the main party of Art Week Tokyo, which will be held at 10F PBOX STND. In addition, the exhibition 'REY/RE-I' by MES is currently being held at 4F PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO. The annual event of Shibuya PARCO, Performing Arts, will present 'Makku Iku' (It Will Work) by emerging artist Yim Won, who is developing cross-disciplinary expressions centered on performative installation. Other events include a collaboration between the brand 'HERALBONY (Heralbony)' which brings the strong personality and rich colors of artists with disabilities to daily products, and the magazine 'BRUTUS,' as well as the screening of a work by 'Soundwalk Collective,' based in New York and Berlin, which restructures the personal archive of the master Jean-Luc Godard. In addition, art will be available in the galleries and alternative spaces throughout the building. Recent individual exhibitions include 'Inori / Warabe / Byaku-teki na, Koui P-L/R-A/E-Y' (2024) and 'Distance of Resistance / Resistance Distance' (2021). Group exhibitions include 'MEET YOUR ART FES: Super Spectrum Specification' (2024), 'Rikuro (Spill-over #1)' (2024), and 'Reborn Art Festival 2021 Summer' etc. They work as a laser VJ for parties such as 'CLUB SKIN' and 'WAIFU,' and also stage performances for Dos Monos live.
