Bungo Stray Dogs Art & Design Exhibition

In the 'Space Galleria FUKUOKA,' a collaboration project with 'Bungo Stray Dogs' was implemented, in commemoration of the exhibition 'Bungo Stray Dogs ART & DESIGN EXHIBITION' starting on November 20 (Friday). On the day of the store's grand opening ceremony, Takayama Kiyoaki, who plays Nakahara Nakahara, appeared. The opening ceremony started with the MC, Koide Misos, who is active in Fukuoka in various roles such as scriptwriting, direction, and acting. The venue 'Space Galleria FUKUOKA' was filled with media personnel from Fukuoka and many people who had been looking forward to the grand opening, creating a lively atmosphere. Store manager Kanata was called up, and as a special guest, Takayama Kiyoaki, the vocalist of 'GRANRODEO (Granrodeo)' and the actor who plays Nakahara Nakahara in 'Bungo Stray Dogs,' appeared on the stage. Takayama, wrapped in a big applause, shared his impressions and stories about the familiar Fukuoka city, as he is from Yamaguchi, a neighboring prefecture of Fukuoka. He also talked about his favorite local food, and there was a moment of excitement when he shared stories about his memories of Fukuoka, which brought smiles from the audience. Takayama mentioned that he often visits Fukuoka for live performances and events, and he said that when you think of Fukuoka, you think of 'delicious food.' As the talk continued, Takayama also shared stories about his memories of Animate in Kyushu and across the country, which brought smiles from the audience. As the largest Animate in Kyushu, Takayama introduced the store's features, such as cafes, display areas, and first-time entries in Kyushu, and emphasized that the store's large sales area is a key point. Takayama, who had actually seen the store, also mentioned its large scale. In addition, the 'Bungo Stray Dogs' collaboration projects in 'Space Galleria FUKUOKA' have many measures focusing on Nakahara Nakahara. One of the measures is a standing panel of Nakahara Nakahara, which Takayama signed on the spot. This standing panel will be on display in the store until November 23 (Monday, holiday), so be sure to check it out! In the final part of the talk, Takayama delivered a greeting message in Nakahara Nakahara's voice to celebrate the opening. Finally, Takayama said, 'I think that with the new Animate in Fukuoka, the anime scene and anime fans in Fukuoka can be promoted nationwide. I also want to visit Fukuoka in a noticeable outfit for both my private life and work. Please come to the store every day and enjoy your anime life. Thank you today!' With a big atmosphere in the venue, the opening of 'Animate LaSalle Fukuoka Tenjin' was celebrated with a festive atmosphere. On the stage were Mr. Takanashi Tatsuya, President and Representative Director of Iwataya Mitsukoshi Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hoshikawa Akira, President and CEO of Animate Co., Ltd. For the ceremony, a cracker was prepared, which was inspired by Nakahara Nakahara. Takayama was fully prepared, wearing the black gloves, which are one of Nakahara Nakahara's trademarks.
