We layered a sweet apricot mousse on top of 'Joyful Medley' to enhance the fruit-like aroma of the tea. At the bottom of the cup, we combined a rich black tea flavored tea jelly with strawberry pieces for a refreshing texture. A shake tea where tea and fruit blend lightly. We shake 'Joyful Medley' with apricot flavor syrup to bring out the aroma, and combine it with black tea flavored tea jelly and strawberry pieces. We top it with dried strawberries and dried orange peel.
