What it is

Fujishima Takeji - The Path of Creation Fujishima Takeji, a master of modern Japanese oil painting, began as a representative painter of Meiji romanticism. After returning to Japan, he pursued Japanese oil painting with a female figure with a side view that blended Eastern and Western aesthetic consciousness, and a series of works with the sunrise as the theme, creating many masterpieces.
